I began my career in the banking industry, where I developed strong financial acumen and led efforts to improve performance in complex, underperforming environments—experience that shaped my ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

I have since built a nonprofit career that touches nearly every facet of organizational leadership, with experience across a range of mission areas including youth development, a community foundation, and a disease-related organization. Having served in multiple roles, I understand firsthand the challenges nonprofits face—from fundraising and operations to strategy and stakeholder engagement—and bring a well-rounded, solutions-oriented perspective to my work. I have led strategic planning efforts, built government relations and advocacy strategies from the ground up, and designed fundraising approaches that consistently drive results.
